NEW LAW'S GREETINGS, TO 2010 and to OUR BLUE HEAVEN

My dear friends, fellow Indians and my family:

Letting you know how everything is, as I bring Haaxw's Adaaxw up-to-date.

Haaxw tells the history of Kitsilano. {see Delgamuuxw and Haaxw; SCR 1010 1998}

Do you know the Salish call their fishing platforms, laxyel?

On this word alone (along with others; like Sal'), the Frog Tribe on the Skeena, LaxSal, is originally Salish.

Haaxw, who had Delgamuukw stand-in for him, and that brave Chief Kits-A-Lano (Kits, Wool[in Spanish])
who met the Spanish, are heirs and owners of Snauq, the Village located on False Creek,
where August Jack lived, along with all of downtown Vancouver, the most valuable land in the world.

WE ARE KITS ILANO. The chiefs didn't know this ... Little Neil.

What it comes down to is, we give out the promised land.

Subject: New law's Greetings- 2010

Your email address entitles you to greet and to welcome in the New Law of 2010.

I write on the 6th floor of a building, outside on a balcony, in my tent. Talk about Eagles gathering [Ma 24.28].

Here is the new Law:

In practice, world culture now shifts out of its Market based economy and market law that is so violently enforced by principles of Maritime, or Admiralty order,
into gentle Story culture, and the kinder Law of the Story.

The unrestrained sale of products warps personality and damages ecology, without reason, and must concede authority to the Story of Humankind.

JESUS CHRIST is the central character and personality in the world story. The character next in line, in the world story,
is Chief Kitsilano.
Briefly, Kitsilano is the highest Indian Title in the Province of British Columbia, and acting through the Chief Kitsilano Indian Band, the Chief is consolidating all land into one category, Indian Band Land, on which lands are located marketable lots registered in the Land Registry, all lacking any certification of the Indian interest in the lot or the land. The Kitsilano Plan solves that lack. Indian Title cannot be sold but may be shared. Potlatch is based on sharing. Kitsilano has determined the way to integrate Indian rights into all land.

The Story behind this development, Haaxw's Adaawx, is used as the foundation mythology of the Title belonging to Chief Kitsilano. All land in this province has this Adaawx in common: Every claim of right or possession, in this Province, must show this story as the primary authority. Failure to show (tell) this story constitues trespass and is grounds for arrest and penalty. Every Member of the Chief Kitsilano Indian Band is taught their Adaawx.

Right and possession determine authority. In every part of the Province there are Indian Chiefs who inherit the Title to the land and to rivers and shores; each Title has its own Adaawk, and each Title and Adaawx conforms to the Story of Jesus Christ, and to the Title and claim of Chief Kitsilano. Each person on any particular territory has the duty to recognize the Title of the Chief, or the Band that is acting as proxy for a given Chief, and holders of lots of land and of other properties, have the duty to register their possession of land in party with the Indian Title-holder(s). Due process allows this registration to be controlled by Potlatch. All persons owning and holding and using land are entitled to participate in Potlatch and to pass legislation in Potlatch. Once a person is a Band Member they have all the same rights as Chief Kitsilano.

All registered land is open to first refusal by the present Title-holder(s) on resale or under probate.

Indians are entitled to accumulate land and to disburse land, but no land can be sold out of the Chief Kitsilano Indian Band, without special authority of Potlatch. All purchasers of land and all existing land holders, are or must become Members of the Chief Kitsilano Indian Band. Status Indians may exchange Canadian rights and privileges for similar or corresponding rights and privileges in the Chief Kitsilano Indian Band. The Chief Kitsilano Indian Band, and Chief Kitsilano, have continuing claims for injury and damages and for loss of benefits, and for wrongful conversion of property, against Canada, and Canada has no power to sue or to interfere with Chief Kitsilano and the Chief Kitsilano Indian Band.

The Chief Kitsilano Indian Band is in the process of organizing teams of Agents who will arrange and facilitate registration of land and property and will create a Registry of Membership in the Chief Kitsilano Indian Band. If you are interested in this process in any way contact the Band.

Notice of Potlatch is always given:
Howa, thank you, sincerely
