Chief Kitsilano and the "Chief Kitsilano Indian Band"

The Official Position, and the area of endorsement of Civil Disobedience

In the published information and further ad hoc rhetoric being provided to people by your coalition, the first complaint is given as the fact that the Event is planned to proceed on Indian Land without Indian consent. The 2nd complaint is given as Poverty and Housing problems. From there the list runs the gamut of personal and group grievances. The Coalition then makes a leap directly to encouraging and cooperating with any kind of run of the mill Protest and obstruction and nuisances, deeming these to be appropriate actions intended to interfere with the Games and cause the World to become aware of the list of complaints.

The Chief Kitsilano Indian Band, based on the Hereditary Title of Chief Kitsilano, is the Paramount owner of all the Land within the Province of British Columbia, which Title and right has been claimed by formal Notice and within an ongoing Court proceeding. No higher Title to land exists in the world, and Chief Kitsilano is presently in Vancouver BC, steadily proving His right of ownership by civil and legal actions. A plan is in place which institutes a system of land reform which will convert all Indian Reserve Lands to Fee Simple, and the same plan will endorse all Fee Simple lands with the Indian Title of Chief Kitsilano. The utility of the new Land holding model resolves all people into a single political order, denominated the Band, resulting in several economies of scale that cannot be attained in the present model of levels of Federal, Provincial, and several Municipal and City, administrations and of the Status Indian interest complex, all and each of which are claiming against the fundamental Ecology of the Land and against the artificial Tax base that is produced by the efforts of Taxpayers and Corporations.

The Chief Kitsilano Plan eliminates that colonial infrastructure and introduces a complete democratic model that operates under the auspices and authority of the Potlatch. Potlatch is defined in this document as a form of Town Hall Meeting with Food. This is not the place to elaborate on Potlatch, except to say that it was made illegal, but is now being revived as an existing Indian right and as the form of government chosen by the Chief Kitsilano Indian Band under which the administration of our land will operate.

The first feature of the impending political model is that it is completely optional. Chief Kitsilano invites each and every soul in the Province to make a choice to join the Band. You can decide to become a "Band Member" with the same rights in the Band as are held by Chief Kitsilano. Those who decline to become Members cannot enter Potlatch but otherwise they have almost all of the rights presently enjoyed by Canadians in Canada; the one benefit they could not enjoy is land ownership; only Indians have the right to own land under Potlatch, but Potlatch has the power to grant Indian Status to anyone.

The second important feature provided to Band Members is ownership of the Planet. It is an impractical political proposition to claim to hold ownership of part of the world. In order to own the land beneath one's residence or feet, that owner must concurrently hold ownership rights of the entire World. Possession of any property amounts to competent knowledge of, and intimate relationship with, the specific property in issue.

Chief Kitsilano's Title is based on Section 35.1 Constitution Act 1982, which is a law external to the Title that came into being following the compounded reaction to the Trudeau 1969 White Paper, but Canada has no legal capacity to restrict us or our claim merely to Canada, and we do extend our same claim of right to Alaska, Washington, and to the rest of the world beyond.

On this basis when we move to enjoy our rights and determine our responsibilities, we are informed by the global ecology and concerned with the whole world population.

How we relate to the Olympics

We appreciate the Olympic sentiment, as well as the social function that is sought to be advanced, in this holiday. Sport played a positive role in developing my character from shy to outgoing, while the annual All Native Tournaments in Prince Rupert served to unite the northern tribes through the convergence in that Northcoast city, of the teams and their contingents. The competition and sportsmanship, as well as the discipline and rules, all came together to raise our people out of the dark age of our cultural interdiction by Canadian Colonial agendas.

It has been noted by a Yale Professor that the Common Law requires for its successful application in society the kind of rule respecting sense of self-discipline that emerged
in Western Europe as the educated classes studied the Classical Civilizations. The same scholar expressed the opinion that the Asian societies did not have the same affinity for the Common Law as a result of not being equally grounded in Sport. Business requires a certain trust in human nature. So the Olympic Ethic has good grounding.

It is a fact though, that the Olympic Spirit, and the principles, were always seen as anti-war, and pro-peace; the same respect for Common Law, law that is defined as protecting all equally well, requires Games and Event organizers to assert a position on the level of violence present in the world at the time of the Games. Also, the Games are a magnet for violent extremists. The world has reached a level of numbness about war demonstrated by awarding the Nobel Peace Prize to a war monger, for it is a fact that Obama sells weapons.

Games Organizers have assumed to themselves levels of political authority, and revenue hungry hosts agree to apply special law regimes while hosting the Event, to the degree that Protest contingents feel justified in active opposition and open criticism, providing the motive for your Coalition.

Chief Kitsilano supports the Games in principle, and encourages civil dissent by those who wish to make their points. Chief Kitsilano is presently withholding the support of his Band from these Olympics on principle because Canada, et al., refuse to comply with its Constitutional law by recognizing and affirming the existing Title and claim belonging to Chief Kitsilano. Chief Kitsilano does not say his land has been stolen because the land is still here under his feet; Chief Kitsilano takes the position that incompetent administrations obedient to ecologically destructive, and inhumane policies, are proceeding under an ultra vires application of authority, without respecting the law that requires them to first consult him, and secondly to conform to his rights of ownership, before they can act in any way on Chief Kitsilano lands.

At this point in this monograph Readers are encouraged to understand that the Kitsilano Indian Band operates within the universal realm of power of Secalie Tyee, the Great Spirit, and that Human Reality operates within a particular true story. Readers can most quickly relate themselves to his story, and to their own stories, by means of applying the larger story of Jesus Christ to their interpretation of reality. The point to be taken from this information is that the present is the product of all the past acts of the world drama. In order to relate yourself to the chronology, dear Reader, you must find your personal role in it along with the other players. As conscious and subconscious energies build toward unification into a single social polity, people assume sides until their good and bad feelings, and their prayers, impact Nature's inherent discretion and that establishes the setting for what are commonly termed "miracles." Juxtaposition of large quorums like Rome and Judea, or Hitler and the West, and even the Canadian and Russian Hockey teams, are fertile settings for the supernatural catharses that come to be called miracles. This Olympic Event poises energies from the whole history of Humankind, from Adam and Eve to you.

It is because of the foregoing that it is critically important for those wishing to see justice, and for those who are able to contend against others to secure it, that they follow strict protocols because virtue always determines the outcomes of the collision of good and evil. Those lining up to impose their will on the Olympic event have to guard against exceeding the very evil they intend to expose.

Chief Kitsilano attended the Spartacus Meeting last night, and introduced himself to a few members of the Coalition where his agenda was broached very briefly. The participants at that meeting were cold to him and expressed their desire to avoid his submission.

This was a serious breach of manners as well as overt ignorance of protocol.

In that way these particular protesters joined the Olympic Organizers in assuming rights against Chief Kitsilano that they do not possess. Whether this was done deliberately or is simply a matter of their character is not important; what is important is that all who are uninformed about the Chief Kitsilano Plan, make themselves aware of it and that they understand they have a simple choice going forward: respect and obey the authority belonging to Chief Kitsilano, or oppose it. No one will be permitted to continue past this Olympic Event who has not given their oath for, or against the story of Chief Kitsilano and in the same way,of confirming the truth of the story of the Lord Jesus Christ!

This is the real political position in which this event is about to take place, and two critically serious concerns apply: the first is the possibility of a Terrorist attack; the second is the probability of a major Spiritual event - the Miracle!

The Protest Coalition must recognize and accept that its actions provide fertile grounds on which disasters can occur. The same footing applies to the Miracle. Without adding anymore to this point, Readers, you have notice that the Miracle of 9-11-1 was prelude to next February, and you are apprized of the fact that Chief Kitsilano played a role in presenting bin Laden with his opportunity to protest the same Beast as now animates these Olympics.

At the same time the Coalition must actively recognize Chief Kitsilano, and must try to comprehend that it holds a duty to take real action that affirms Chief Kitsilano, and must meet actual terms of agreement with the Chief Kitsilano Indian Band, in order to locate their actions on the Good side of the world story. No one has authority to proceed with the games, or to stop them, without first acquiring accreditation from Heaven by uniting with Chief Kitsilano and his Chief Kitsilano Indian Band.

Chief Kitsilano Ultimatum

Chief Kitsilano assumes the responsibility of completing the Kingdom of Heaven in terms of the story of Jesus Christ, while taking no part in any other person's relationship to the Lord. Accepting that Heaven has settled on himself and the Chief Kitsilano Indian Band, the inheritance of the world that is promised to Humankind, and being within the Law of Canada, your Chief is entitled, and has authority to, adopt anyone into his Band by means of Potlatch. Upon your adoption you receive the same inheritance of the world.

There is a Minority of souls whose interests will seem to be diminished by the application of this Indian Title, and that Minority is guilty of imposing itself on a weaker and less organized Majority of Human Beings.

It is the right of Chief Kitsilano to invite everyone to join his Band, and that right has been and is being asserted, by oral and written notice (as in the Spartacus Meeting last night). No right exists or can be enforced that requires anyone to choose to join our Band. At the same stroke everyone may be invited to Potlatch, and no one can enter Potlatch without solemn invitation.

While this circumstance is less than familiar to Readers, it is a matter of the law and you have an obligation within it, to Chief Kitsilano and to yourself, to either respond or to react equally formally, in writing or by an oral assertion that can be understood. Until you become a Member of the Band you stand in Trespass and are subject to all the penalties that apply to trespassers who refuse to cleanse their mistakes.

The drop-dead date for this ultimatum coincides with the Olympics.

Readers may have questions they wish to raise but the law makes no allowance for any delay in recognizing our Title, which preempts debate until you comply with the wording of your constitution and formally recognize and affirm Chief Kitsilano as your Chief, and until you purge your illegal state of being in the world by qualifying to be invited into Potlatch.

This ultimatum applies to all the world's people to a particular degree but is applicable mostly, in this instance, to the Members of the Coalition, who join the openly violent and invasive Dominant Minority by presuming to take actions on the lands owned and occupied by Chief Kitsilano and the Chief Kitsilano Indian Band.

Procedure

The procedure open to be followed by all who receive this notice, consists of giving us a sign of your recognition of Chief Kitsilano, and then offering to affirm Chief Kitsilano in his Title and his claims by a real act, and finally by proposing to the Chief Kitsilano Indian Band all the ways and the means by which your invitation into, and your adoption by, Potlatch, might be achieved.

Thank you, one and all, for taking due notice of the foregoing and for embarking yourself on the transition from your present illegal condition and thinking, to the clean and pure state required to Potlatch.
